Control
cabinets:
We produce control cabinets based on our own designs or on existing
designs, in accordance with the customer's electrical requirements and
European standards.
Our cabinets are supplied with
full documentation.
Control systems upgrade:
We offer
a service by which we upgrade your control systems to use freely
programmable controllers.
This solution improves the reliability of machinery
and helps
optimize the production process. The addition of display options makes
the machines simpler to operate and aids fault diagnosis.
Control systems expansion:
If your devices
require additional control functions, measurement
functions or others, we will prepare an electrical design for you. We
can modify the controller's program and install the necessary
components, together with cabling.
To reduce cable costs we suggest the use of
Modbus, Profibus, Interbus and ASI
industrial networks.
Microcontrollers:
For non-industrial
solutions we propose control systems based on single-circuit Atmel microcontrollers and Microchip microcontrollers.
Microprocessor-based control is very cheap and can provide
sophisticated algorithms.
Displays:
According to
customers' wishes we also produce displays showing the operation and
parameters of machinery or production lines.
This is done using text displays, operator
touch panels and PC computers, with the ability to archive selected
parameters.
